1. Definitions and Scope
Velmorae provides specialized offerings under three categories: curated luxury apartment selection services, digital guide products, and branded merchandise. These Terms apply to all interactions and transactions between Velmorae and its clients.
2. Offerings
2.1 Luxury Apartment Curation Service
We identify and curate premium apartment options tailored to your preferences, including location, design, and amenities. This service is delivered through personalized consultations and collection presentations.
2.2 Digital Guide Products
Our digital guides offer in-depth insights into securing upscale residences, market trends, and lifestyle tips. These products are delivered electronically via download links.
2.3 Branded Merchandise
Velmorae-branded items such as stationery, apparel, and lifestyle accessories. Merchandise is shipped to your specified address.

4. Refund Policy
Velmorae is committed to fair practices. Refunds are processed based on the nature of the offering as follows:
4.1 General Conditions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
- Requests must be submitted through our Contact Form.
4.2 Luxury Apartment Curation Service
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before an agreed consultation qualify for a full refund of service fees.
- Cancellations between 2 and 6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling constraints.
- Clients may transfer a scheduled consultation to a future date once without penalty if requested more than 7 days in advance.
4.3 Digital Guide Products
- Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to download are eligible for a full refund.
- Once the digital guide is downloaded, the purchase is final and no refund will be granted.
4.4 Branded Merchandise
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approved returns will receive a full refund of the merchandise price, excluding shipping fees.
4.5 Non-Refundable Services
Certain bespoke or expedited curation engagements are expressly non-refundable due to immediate resource commitment. Such non-refundable status will be communicated at the time of booking and justified by the bespoke arrangement requirements.
5. Payment and Transfer
All fees are payable in advance via the methods displayed on velmorae.top. Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice. Service transfers must be requested in writing through our Contact Form and are subject to the conditions outlined above.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Velmorae acts solely as a curator and coordinator. We do not guarantee outcomes related to apartment availability or market conditions. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on velmorae.top with a revised effective date. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
